Personalisation

Names or initials are placed to best suit the design. Longer names may be printed smaller, and placement may vary slightly by phone model. Personalised orders cannot be modified once confirmed.

Camera rings may or may not be included depending on your phone model and stock availability.

Replacement Policy

We offer FREE replacement only for:

• Manufacturing defects
• Printing defects
• Physical damage during transit

Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and an unedited unboxing video.

• Colour differences from digital previews
• Minor UV printing variations (edge fading, pixelation, soft gradients)
• Wrong model or product ordered
• Change of mind or personal preference
• Glass breakage caused by accidental drops, pressure, or misuse
